1. What we collect

We collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, and property details when you sign up, contact us, or list a property. We collect technical information automatically — IP address, browser type, and pages visited — through standard server logs and analytics cookies.

2. How we use it

To operate the service. Authentication, billing, support, and the day-to-day operation of your account.
To improve the product. Aggregate analytics on how features are used so we can prioritize the right work.
To communicate. Service-related emails (transactional, security, billing) and, only if you opt in, occasional product updates.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't use your data to train third-party AI models. We don't share your data with marketing partners.

4. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for session management and a single analytics provider (Plausible) which is privacy-preserving and doesn't set tracking cookies.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or revoke consent at any time. Email privacy@rentdigicare.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production systems is limited to a small set of engineers, all of whom use hardware security keys. Backups are encrypted and rotated daily.
