From a spreadsheet to an

Sunny started with a four-unit walk-up and a fast-growing list of frustrations: tenants paying late through three different methods, contractors going dark mid-job, and a leasing process that lived in email forwards. The MVP was a Notion page. The second version was a spreadsheet with conditional formatting.

Today, Rentdigicare runs maintenance, screening, rent, marketing, and compliance across twenty-six hundred Alberta units. The mandate hasn't changed: build the thing we'd want to use on our own buildings.
